Corporate Managment Specialist, Timor

We are looking for a “Corporate Management Specialist” for an ongoing project in Timor Leste that focuses on developing standard processes and policies for the project implementation in the Ministry of Infrastructure, focusing on electricity and water sanitation. This is a 6 months full-time contract position based in Dili, Timor-Leste. Duties and responsibilities for this position include: Review existing management and corporate systems in particular the planning, scheduling, implementation, maintenance, contract management and coordination of electricity, water and sanitation systems Establish improved efficient systems and policies and develop operating procedure manuals for and in line with directives set by the electricity utility board Develop and implement standard procedures for preparing annual business plans and project work schedules in accordance to corporate requirements. Design, manage and conduct training and capacity building activities in line with new improved corporate systems Ensure the successful compliance of electricity, water and urbanisation project data inputs of counterpart staff  Requirements: A degree with at least 10 years of working experience More than 5 years of corporate management experience mainly in electricity or sanitation system efficiencies in developing countries, preferably Indonesia.   Experience at management level in public works agency  For submission of CVs, please click the apply button or email your CV to IDA@skmconsulting.com , clearly stating the job title and requisition number TLCMS01 in the subject heading of the email.
