Job Descriptions: 
Operations Manager
• Minimum of five years relevant professional and international experience.
• USAID contract management experience.
• Previous experience managing staff, preferably in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proven financial, procurement and personnel management skills.

Finance Manager
• Minimum of five years professional experience including three years relevant project and financial management experience.
• USAID contract management experience.
• Previous experience managing staff, preferably in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Proven financial, procurement and personnel management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and written/oral communications skills.
• MBA, Masters Degree in international development or a related field.

Grants Manager
• Individual must have three to five years of demonstrated experience in grants design and administration
• Prior background in grants award and grants management as well as prior experience in the award and administration of subcontracts.
• Working knowledge of USAID contract management and grants management policies and procedures required

Basic Qualifications:
• Regional Experience Required , Mozambican Nationals Preferred
• Good communication skills - both written and oral
Fluency in Portuguese and English required
