Acting as Consultant in the area of Human Resources Development, in a 4 years project, advising on the structuring and implementation of the project, covering the following subsystems: Recruitment and Selection, Training, Performance Evaluation, Talent Retention, Remuneration, Indicators of HR/Key Performance Indicators, HR Climate Survey and Organizational Culture, Programs regarding Motivational, Retirement and Team Building issues, amongst others.

•Propose and develop training programs;
•Advise on the processes of defining core competencies of the organization;
•Develop and implement the process of Performance Evaluations;
•Develop and implement the a Career Management process for Professionals;
•Develop and implement policies on Talent Retention;
•Develop and implement corporate programs such as: Trainings, Internships, Diversity, Gender Programs and Development;
•Develop HR Policies;
•Develop and implement an Organizational Climate Program;
•Develop and implement a Corporate Education Program;
•Develop and implement an Integration Program for New Staff, and
•Develop and implement a Succession Program/Plan.

•Experience of at least 10 years in the corporate environment, especially in the area of Organizational Development, of which at least five years working with an energy sector utility; this requirement is an absolute must and candidates will not be considered otherwise.
•Desirable experience in program implementation, performance evaluation, and study of organizational climate;
•Experience as Team Leader;
•Advanced Portuguese (written and oral), English an asset;
•University graduate in Business Administration, or Organizational, Psychology;
•Post Graduate with a MBA in HR, and
•Availability to travel.
