Qualifications: As an Executive Project Manager you will have significant successful experience of leading and implementing high profile PPP or PFI projects either from the public or private sectors. You will work alongside our partners and clients, taking overall responsibility for guiding and managing the delivery of the Council’s projects, and co-ordinating the specialist legal, financial and technical inputs from internal and external advisors.
