The ACP-EU Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE) seeksconsultants and technical organisations (universities, specialisedcentres) from ACP or EU countries, specialised in different fields ofexpertise:
1. SOLAR ENERGY: CDE wishes to hire an experienced consultant with an extensive knowledge of solar energy. The scope of theassignment is to explore investment opportunities within the lattersub-sector and promote private sector investment. The CDE would liketo undertake a preliminary investigation that will lead to acomprehensive understanding of the potential risks and rewards ofinvesting in solar energy.
2. COCOA : CDE provides support for exporting companies in Cocoa, andmore specifically on the original and aromatic cocoa.
To this end, CDE will need experts to carry out the following tasks:
- Audit of production
- Audit of primary processing (fermentation, drying),transport and storage, quality
- The Fair Trade Certifications, organic production and/or biological.
- Feasibility study
- Market networking

3. FLUVIAL TRANSPORT: CDE wishes to initiate technical assistance andtraining, in the field of river transport of goods in the Congo Riverbasin. CDE will launch consultations through companies, institutionsor consultants that may take one or both of the following tasks:- Crew training (navigation, safety, loading, etc.)- Training of personnel for the maintenance crew, mechanics andelectricity IWT vessels- Training in business management of inland waterway transport- Interventions for technical assistance and capacity building offluvial transport- Feasibility studies on the development / creation of river transport companies

ResponderEliminarENERGIE SOLAIRE : CDE souhaite engager un consultant avecune grande expertise dans le sous-secteur de l’énergie solaire. Ils’agit d’explorer les possibilités d’investissement dans le secteurainsi que de promouvoir les investissements du secteur privé. Les experts doivent disposer d’une expérience du secteur privé dansles pays ACP.

Il lancerades consultations auprès d’entreprises, institutions ou consultantspouvant assumer l’une ou l’autre des tâches suivantes :
- Formation du personnel navigant (navigation, sécurité,chargement, etc)
- Formation du personnel non navigant à l’entretien, lamécanique et l’électricité de navires de transport fluvial
- Formation à la gestion d’entreprises de transport fluvial
- Interventions d’assistance technique et de renforcement descapacités d’entreprises de transport fluvial
- Etudes de faisabilité sur le développement/la création d‘entreprises de transport fluvial
