Prospective project of requalification da força de trablho in Romania:
"Technical Assistance for Ministry of Labour, Family and Equipment Opportunities, Regional Intermediary Bodies for the Sectorial Operational Programme - HRD (OIRPOSDRU) (PIUs) and the Final Beneficiaries to support the implementation of the grant scheme for Active Measures for Labour Force Employment and for the Promotion of Lifelong Learning for Labour Force Qualification and Requalification".
The objective of the project is to support MMFES and regional OIRPOSDRU (PIUs) in view of implementing the grant schemes promoting the active measures for employment and promoting lifelong learning for labour force qualification and re-qualification by supplying the necessary information, as well as ensuring a transparent, competitive and effective process to evaluate and select the submitted applications.
The project is based in Bucharest and will have a duration of 12 months.
The intended commencement date is March 2008.
We are currently seeking a Lifelong Learning Expert to join us with the following qualifications and experience:
-a bachelors degree in economic/public administration/law/social science/or other relevant field -fluent in English
-a minimum of 3 years in the field of European policies and practices regarding labour force employment
-experience in at least 2 projects in the development and implementation of projects promoting lifelong learning
-experience in at least 2 projects in the evaluation/selection of the applications elaborated for the projects financed within ESF/Phare.
This Expert will be required for a minimum of 8 months over the duration of the contract.
